These pair of earrings are very special for  me because two reasons. Firstly a dear friend of mine asked me to make them for somebody who is very very special. I know that person and is also somebody special for me too so I was very proud to make something for her, something I know she will wear and will make her think about my friend and I.

She like roses so roses is what I did for her. Here I mixed fabric and leather. It has also been a special earrings to make because it's the first time I work with the leather since I became vegan and that, obviously gives you quite a lot to think about... But I better leave you with the photos that always say much more than words.

ON HOLIDAYS BUT ALWAYS WITH YOU

From today DORADO is on holidays. We will have some time off to share with our loved ones, and enjoy this beautiful London in Christmas with its markets, stalls, songs, lights......

HOW WAS THE LAST HACKNEY CUT?

Last Hackney Cut was absolutely fantastic. We will be missing it tomorrow.. snif snif.. In a month time our next visit, but, in the main time, have a look at our stall with +Tod's bags, a new range of completely hand painted bags printed in 100% cotton bags. A cool bulgarian duded that is rocking London!

We manage to do it, yeah!! We can now multiply ourselves and be at different places at the same time. However we'll get our breakfast at Hackney Cut and lunch at Spitafields Church.. Going back for the cocktail and some music at Hackney Cut.. Do you want to fiend us?? Will be at both places today from 11.00 to 8.00!!! Come and let's have something together!!

Christ Church Spitalfields xmas Fair. Saturday 2nd December 2012

We'll be here this Saturday selling our lovely designs plus some Xmas Specials like Xmas trees made of recycled cardboard, looking after our trees or us and those who will be here after us. We will also sell new accessories... Surprise, surprise!!!

Great time at Hackney Cut

Guys we had such a great time at Hackney Cut this Sunday again. I cannot get bored to say how awesome the place is. People are just so fantastic and performances absolutely fab!!

I came to meet such a nice people like Nick, check out a bit of what he does here nicked and my fantastic, lovely Antonia, the best Spanish erotic photographer who has come over to London and does great things as such those you'll see in her page.

Thanks so much guys for the great time we had together on Sunday. I love that, you work, people like your art and you also get to meet such a wonderful people!! Ah!! And get to buy this beautiful dress!! What else can I ask?

I'm rocking them

Whenever I create a new design I always ask myself. Will I wear them?? I only do designs I'd love to wear. I always wear my prototypes to get a real time feedback of what people think about them and I always get people asking me where I got them. Most of the time they say to me my earrings are ulterior different and really original.  I love to rock them!

How can you pay me? Very simple: The easier and safer way to pay online is PAYPAL. We use Paypal for all our payments.

Earrings will be sent the day after a cleared payment will be received.

If you require a special pair of earrings that need to be done exclusively for you, we will have a chat about the design and I'll be in contact to you during all the creative process. I'll send you photos so you can check that earrings are as you imagined them. Once earrings will be finished and payment cleared, I'll send them to you. A symbolic deposit of £3 will be required and those £3 will be deducted from the final price of the earrings.

Coco Collection

Earrings are my passion, and I dedicate all the time I spend doing my earrings full of joy and happiness. I love the process from the first moment until the last one. I show you how is normally the process of making a pair of earrings.

This Coco Collection is inspired in the passion my little one has for cars: We see plenty of them during the day on the street, in his books, his toys. The cars of my collection have this childish look with a bit of humor added by the imagines of comics.

Firstly I have to design the car, how will it look like. After I design on paper, I pass it to carton which will make it easier to cut of the shape over the leather (I only use 100% leather of the best quality).

I have leather of different colors and textures, plenty of fabrics also to mix up... So I look at all of them and mix up as I like the most. Once I decide what goes where and how, I just start to put all the pieces together and.... Voilà the first car is done!!! 

The second one comes just a bit more faster. I just need to add the silver rings and the hook and the earring is done!!! This particular model has a denim button to add a bit of extra texture and because I think it looks cool!!! And the last bit, my logo in leather attached to the right earring (AD) and earrings are done and ready to be shown around!!!

RESTING DAY

Today I finally had a day to rest after such a crazy week!!! I'm already thinking in new designs. Curious, today I was suggested to use gold in my next creations and walking down to yoga I saw a lovely creations at the shop next to Baby Bathhouse made out of gold with similar intentions to mine (no, those ones didn't have any leather but beans).

People are already asking me for new desings... Please be patient, by the end of this week you'll have the new ones!
